Do Mastercard HR think they are vip's in the job market

I recently applied for a 8yoe developer role in mastercard pune location. Got an email from the HR for details. Today I recieved a call from the same HR and her tone was one of the rudest i have ever heard in my 8 years. Still i answered all her questions politely and when we came to the expected salary part she went who's gonna give you 25+ LPA for 8yoe tell me and said we can't proceed with your profile. I said that's fine there are a lot of opportunities in the market and hung up.
