Do any HR Professionals actually have a positive opinion of HireRight?

My understanding is its a background verification company based out of India. I recently accepted an amazing offer for a new role and was asked to go through multiple rounds of background/verification checks with HireRight. The first was a simple credit report check and, my god, these people made it so royally painful and screwed up. I filled out their entire form and submitted before being told by the company I applied to that they received a report from HireRight stating "unable to verify" anything about me and I would have to reach out to HireRight to resolve it. I spoke to an agent online from HireRight who informed me my name was misspelled on the form I submitted after resending my full legal name. I thought okay....very odd I would do that but who knows, I could have. So I submitted a dispute via email to try to have it corrected with my full legal name. But then in response to the dispute a second agent responded to me that the first agent was incorrect, and my legal name was recorded correctly. They said the real issue was that my Social was incorrect and I'd have to call a number to dispute that. So I called the number, only to have a third agent tell me that BOTH prior agents were incorrect and all of my information (name, social, address, etc) are all input 100% correctly and that the real issue has to be with the Credit company who I would have to call to inquire what was going on.
