Did I get ghosted?

I applied for a remote job and cracked an extensive assessment. Was selected for a final round which was a paid trial week. Received all congratulatory mails and everything, they took my details as well as payment details. Said they will be sending onboarding details ASAP. That was 3 weeks ago today. Did I get ghosted? They have been MIA on all their social media as well (the role was for social media marketing and SEO). I mainly freelance and had stopped taking new gigs because I was wanted to give my best during the trial week. I have since resumed taking on freelance gigs, do I still wait for the onboarding or have I been ghosted?
