Can’t verify one “job” in background check

I had a job that was covered by an NDA and 100% commission based, the model was basically a questionable start-up and nobody ever made a sale in the 9 months I was there, I never got a 1099 or anything and since no sale obviously no tax forms, W-2 etc. Brokerage agreement, NDA itself, severance letter, and all documents/communications protected by NDA. Employer is not responding. How the heck do I prove I worked there? I’m so stressed because the NDA is so strict I literally can’t share any documentation, in fact all my documentation was required to be destroyed during termination. I feel like vomiting I already signed a lease and moved for this job and I genuinely worked here but the situation completely makes it seem like I’m one of those “oh I wasn’t unemployed I signed an NDA!” people. Luckily this is by far not the most important role on my resume, it’s like two lines and the other ones can all be proven but I’m so stressed that my offer will be rescinded
