Between Over and Under Qualified - Advice

So obviously I’m nothing special in regards to the current and rampant economic struggles everyone is facing. However, in my pursuit of some form of income, I’ve noticed something: my job experience being broad and varied as it is has put me in a situation where I’m seemingly too qualified for minimum wage/hourly, but not qualified enough for salaried, even some entry level positions. How does one navigate this? I’m looking for “temporary” work to supplement my ability to live while I look for more permanent work, but neither avenue is leading anywhere. It’s demoralizing.
