Best retail jobs for teens?

Hi! I'm 16, I live in Georgia, and I'm looking for my first retail job. I'm hoping to find something that starts at around $13–14 an hour or more, is beginner-friendly for someone with no work experience, and has a good work environment with decent employee discounts or other perks. I don't really want to work around food, so I'm mainly interested in retail stores rather than restaurants or food service. If you've worked retail as a teen or have any recommendations, what stores would you suggest, and are there any I should avoid? Any recommendations are welcome!
