I read this entire article and it just doesn’t align with the people and the world I’m seeing in real life. Specifically here in Los Angeles, CA. I’m curious to hear what the job market is like where you’re located. I read about layoffs in various industries almost every few days. Unemployment benefits also don’t last the entire duration of one’s unemployment status. They run out. The market feels stagnant more than anything. Pay for the jobs that are being created is very low. $17hr positions don’t keep up with the rising cost of living.
