Applied, then later identified the manager and CEO. How can I connect?
I had a LinkedIn (LI) account but forgot my email and account passwords, then created new accounts, but had to verify since they got restricted. For privacy reasons I decided not to send my ID. I created a new LI account, the app advised they emailed a verification code but I didn't receive it. After a recent indeed application, I searched for the company name + linkedin and discovered a name I recognize as being my former colleague's client. I also found a manager's name. I'm guessing one of the 2 employees are people I could follow up with on my application or for future employment. How can I connect with them? I have an old school idea of sending a postcard. Back in 2017, I sent a snail mail letter to an operations director and it got me an interview. I understand that sort of thing would likely be frowned upon nowadays with online application portals / ATS etc.
