Apple rejected me
I applied for multiple companies but most of them didn’t even proceed to interview. Only apple reached and I had ray of hope I did the first 2 phone screenings well And the panel was scheduled for 3 different days iOS frameworks engineer at HealthKit team it was and I felt happy that I did well But today I received a blunt email saying that they aren’t proceeding forward I really hoped to get this job because my current employer is toxic and I wanted to get out of it and I was also asking suggestions of how to negotiate the TC with recruiter and that mail shook me The recruiter didn’t give me feedback . I am shattered because I’m broke and hopeless because every company rejected since I want sponsorship to work. I thought I would definitely get this role . Does anyone know what metrics does the team use to weigh the candidate capacity in interview
