An MBA Grad looking for advice!

I've reached a point where I could really use some advice from this community. About a year ago, I graduated with my Master's degree after spending 10 years working toward it while often putting in 70+ hour work weeks. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I truly believed it would open doors. During school, I had the opportunity to intern abroad with companies like DHL, was active in several business organizations, and worked hard to become a well-rounded professional. I also have about two years of experience in mortgage sales. Right now, I'm working for a small company in the healthcare automation space, primarily selling Microsoft Dragon products. Unfortunately, the company is winding down, so I've been urgently searching for my next opportunity. Since graduating, I've submitted more than 700 job applications. I've done everything I can think of: networking with everyone I know, following up after applications, reaching out directly to recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers, and even resubmitting my resume when appropriate. Despite all of that, I haven't been able to land the right opportunity. Outside of work, I volunteer at my local animal shelter, help coach young men and women, and am an active member of the Elks Lodge. I'm someone who genuinely enjoys giving back to my community and working hard. At this point, I'm feeling discouraged and honestly don't know what else to try. For those of you who have been in a similar position: I'm open to any advice or constructive feedback. Thank you for taking the time to read this—I truly appreciate it.
