Almost at 2 years unemployment, still can't get a job to save my life

For some context, I grew up in a college town and ended up going to my hometown school after 2 and a half years of junior college. I have an Associates in Education and got my bachelors in Sport Management with a Minor in Business Administration. I graduated in 2024 and since college I've been job searching (hoping to stay in sports-related things), I also have been doing coaching on the side since 2020 (no pay though, just volunteer), and in 2023 I started doing some work at the university for my dad since he works in the athletic department (it's volunteer and he pays me a little bit for work that I do). I've sent so many applications I've lost count, have had many interviews (lost count of how many). Got offered a job at a University for a Student Activities Director and I declined because of cold feet and fast forward to today and I'm starting to regret turning down that job, turning it down has backfired and I even applied to it again 2 months ago and got an email weeks later saying it had been filled (not even an interview). I follow up on applications and don't really hear back, I apply every single day, have been working my butt off to get employed and have nothing to show for it. I have seen some comments on this subreddit about people telling other people to change careers and that's great and everything but I really don't want to do that because doing things related to sports is the only things I've ever been good at.
