AI Interview…BRO WHAT.

So I’m listening to my wife, a doctor in research, go through an AI interview… It is so painful. Like AI constantly interrupts, goes on random rants about something random about something my wife previously said, then go on a really long pauses… How the FUCK does a company expect to get great talent with this kind of experience?! This is insanity! FFS she has a PHD and you’re making her talk to a BOT?? Sorry I’m ranting I’m just so furious for her. It’s painful to hear and it’s just so infuriating.
