How does the free month work?
It starts automatically the moment your account is created — no card, nothing to cancel. When it ends you move to the Free plan and keep everything you created.
Can I get the free month again with a new account?
No. The trial is once per email address, even if an account is deleted and created again.
I have a promo code. Where do I use it?
Sign in and open Dashboard → Premium. Discount codes for employer plans go in the promo field when you choose a plan in Billing. Codes are personal or limited — each can be used once per account and every code has an expiry date.
How do I pay?
Online payment is coming soon. Until then, contact us and our team will activate Premium for you.
What happens to my applications or job posts when Premium ends?
Nothing is deleted. You simply return to the Free limits — for example a monthly cap on new applications or job posts.
