Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.

However, candidates with strong and relevant practical experience in the Steel Industry, particularly in Rod, Steel & Sectional Items, may be considered with a minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringMaster of Science (MSc) in Civil EngineeringB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Project Sales.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.Professional certification/training in procurement will be an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the RMG/Garments or Manufacturing sector.Must have completed at least 6 months of training from Fire Service & Civil Defence.Practical knowledge of fire prevention, firefighting systems, emergency evacuation, and fire safety procedures.Experience in conducting fire drills, evacuation procedures, and fire safety training will be preferred.Good knowledge of factory fire safety practices and emergency response procedures.Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond appropriately during emergency situations.
