Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) / Diplomain Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Power Electronics, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design, hybrid/off-grid/grid-tied inverter commissioning, or technical support.Minimum 2 years directly working with battery storage integration (LiFePO4/Lead-Acid) and hybrid power conversion systems (PCS).Relevant professional certification will be an added advantageProven successful work experiencePersonal Attributes:Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
