Postgraduate in Disaster Management, Environment Studies, Social Science, Development studies or equivalent degree(s).Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographic locations and operational areas, with demonstrated experience in project implementation, team supervision, and stakeholder coordination.At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience managing institutional donor-funded grants and projects, preferably supported by the EU, DFAT, the U.S. Government, or multilateral agencies, with a strong track record in project implementation, donor compliance, budget management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.At least 3 years of progressively managing DRR activities in Bangladesh.Having experience on Anticipatory Action will be preferable.Ability to use computers and MS Office packages.Required Language(s)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.Ability to draft, edit, and produce high-quality reports in both English and Bangla.Work EnvironmentMust be willing and able to travel nationally up to 12 weeks per annum.Work in challenging environment and under pressureAbility to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
