Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Content teams.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage; however, advanced expertise is not required.

Job Responsibilities
বিভিন্ন Product-এর জন্য Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ও YouTube Ads, Reels ও Shorts-এর sales-focused video content তৈরি ও edit করা।
Product-এর features, benefits, USP, offer ও CTA আকর্ষণীয়ভাবে উপস্থাপন করে বিভিন্ন Hook, Creative Angle ও Opening ব্যবহার করে high-converting ad creative তৈরি করা।
একই product-এর জন্য বিভিন্ন hook, angle, offer presentation ও editing style ব্যবহার করে creative variations তৈরি করা।
Video shooting-এর practical knowledge থাকা এবং product-এর বিভিন্ন angle, close-up, detail shot ও B-roll ধারণ করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নিজে product ও social media content-এর video shoot করা এবং shooting-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় camera, lighting ও audio setup পরিচালনা করা।
Video-এর cutting, pacing, storytelling, captions, music, sound effects, transitions ও basic motion graphics সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করে engaging content তৈরি করা।
Basic framing, composition, focus, exposure, lighting ও sound recording সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকা।
Marketing Team ও Content Creator-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে campaign brief অনুযায়ী কাজ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী creative concept ও visual direction suggests করা।
Published content/ad-এর performance ও social media trends পর্যবেক্ষণ করে future content improvement-এর জন্য creative suggestions দেওয়া।
