Sales Executive - Decorative

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

 As a Sales Executive – Decorative Paints, you will drive sales in the assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share.

• The role involves regular market visits, territory mapping, sales planning, customer relationship management, collection follow-up, and coordination with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.
• Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits, map potential customers, and develop strong business relationships to grow market share.
• Plan and execute sales activities in line with sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and achieve collection targets to maintain healthy working capital.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing quality service and responding to business needs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, distribution, and timely customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Provide regular updates to the Line Manager on sales performance, market developments, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
