Role Overview
We're hiring a UX/UI Designer who leads with UX. This is a role for someone whose first instinct is to ask, “what is the user actually trying to do here?” before opening Figma — someone who maps flows, questions requirements, cuts unnecessary steps, and can defend every screen with a reason.
You'll work on web and mobile products for our UK-based product and development teams, reporting directly to our Design Lead.

You'll work on web and mobile products for our UK-based product and development teams, reporting directly to our Design Lead. Visual polish matters, but we're optimising this hire for structural thinking: information architecture, user flows, interaction logic, and measurable reductions in friction. If you enjoy untangling a messy workflow more than picking the perfect shade of blue, you'll fit well here.
We also expect you to work fast. AI is part of how we design now — you should already be using it to generate, explore, and prototype interfaces at speed, while keeping the thinking, the judgement, and the quality bar firmly your own.
