Hands-on experience with Linux server administration, preferably Ubuntu and/or RHEL-based systems.
Practical experience with SIP, VoIP, IP PBX, and SBC technologies will be highly preferred.
Experience with server/network monitoring and infrastructure management tools.
Experience in shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or other automation technologies will be an advantage.RHCSA or RHCE certification will be preferred.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Configuration, operation, monitoring, and support of IP Telephony systems and Over-The-Top (OTT) telecom applications for both corporate and retail customers.
Manage the end-to-end process of receiving, documenting, and following up on customer complaints related to corporate and retail OTT app services.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of service-related issues.
OTT App Testing and Quality Assurance.
Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer issues, testing outcomes, and platform monitoring activities.
Execute provisioning tasks and configure softswitch components and IP telephony devices.
