The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its General Services Division in the following position:

Grade: VP – SVP

Lead the Procurement Centre of Excellence, driving governance, standards and continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle.
Own procurement intake, classification and governance, aligned with value, complexity, risk and business criticality.
Establish and strengthen procurement policies, SOPs, controls and risk-based assurance frameworks.
Drive procurement performance management, including TAT, savings, cost avoidance, compliance, exceptions and audit remediation.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Pre-Acquisition QA to develop effective sourcing and negotiation strategies.
Lead procurement digitalisation, automation and process optimisation to enhance efficiency, transparency and control.
Build procurement capabilities and stakeholder partnerships across Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology and business functions.
