Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Training Center, including trainee onboarding and orientation, while ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained training environment.
Prepare and maintain training calendars, schedules, participant lists, attendance records, and training related documentation.
Coordinate with trainers, participants, HR, Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs
Supervise maintenance of training materials and equipment.
Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
