Talent Acquisition – Core Responsibility
Assist in managing day-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and relevant documentation.
Support the preparation of recruitment reports and hiring-related updates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for newly recruited employees.
Arrange and support employee induction programs.
Follow up with employees during the probationary period and maintain necessary records.
Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
HR Operations
Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities and maintain employee records.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned HR activities and maintain proper documentation.
Support various corporate HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
