Prime Responsibilities

Identify and approach to potential customers for credit card sales.
Explain the features and benefits of different credit cards to customers and assist them completing the application.
Coordinate with respective officers to facilitate approval and delivery of cards at shortest possible time.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.
Ensure proper card activation and encourage supplementary card usage.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure fraud-free onboarding.
Collect information on market trends, products, peer bank strategy and propose new initiate to line managers.
Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and share with line manager.
