Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment Support – Assist in job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Employee Documentation – Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR documents.
Onboarding Support – Assist with joining formalities, orientation, and introducing new employees to company policies.
Attendance & Leave Management – Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, absences, and leave applications.
HR & Employee Coordination – Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters and support day-to-day HR activities.
Performance & Training Support – Assist in employee performance tracking, training programs, and development activities.
HR Administration – Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, support payroll-related information, and ensure company policies are properly followed.
