MDH Holidays is a fast-growing travel agency providing domestic & international tour packages, air ticket reservations, and visa processing services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle ticket booking, reissuance, cancellations, and visa processing with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Book, reissue, and cancel domestic and international air tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
Provide accurate information on tour packages, ticket fares, and visa requirements to clients
Prepare, check, and submit visa processing documents for various countries
Maintain regular communication with embassies, airlines, and other relevant authorities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client data
Follow company policies and operational procedures
Stay updated on new travel routes, offers, and airline policies
