Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1–2 years in telesales, customer service, or retail sales (experience in the electronics or e-commerce sector is a strong plus)
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills with a target-driven mindset
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, and social media inbox handling).
