Teacher - English Medium

• Curriculum Delivery & Pedagogy: Deliver interactive, student-centered lessons strictly aligned with Cambridge University and Press syllabus frameworks and benchmarks.

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design structured weekly lesson plans, digital course materials, worksheets, and formative assessments utilizing modern educational tools.

• Exam Preparation (Senior Faculty): Guide Cambridge O Level / IGCSE candidates through structured past-paper analysis, marking scheme evaluation, time management strategies, and exam techniques.

• Laboratory Management (Science Faculty): Plan and supervise hands-on laboratory practicals, ensuring safety protocols and scientific inquiry.

• Classroom Management & Pronunciation: Maintain an immersive English-speaking classroom environment with impeccable daily pronunciation, clarity, and articulation.

• Progress Tracking & Communication: Assess student performance systematically, provide constructive feedback, and lead productive Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

• Institutional Development: Actively participate in curriculum development meetings, co-curricular clubs, and school events.

Employment Requirements

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant disciplines from a reputable university.

  • Candidates with an English Medium background (Cambridge O Level and A Level completion) will be given strong preference.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed Cambridge curriculum English medium school (Fresh graduates with outstanding English medium academic records are also encouraged to apply).

• Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Exceptional, near-native spoken and written English proficiency with accurate standard pronunciation.

  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and digital smartboard tools).

  • Analytical mindset with strong classroom management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Dedicated, proactive attitude toward professional growth and child-centric teaching.

• Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Cambridge Teacher Training (Introductory/Extension), Cambridge TKT, or Jolly Phonics workshop certification.
