Sr. Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern backend technologies. Experience with frontend templating technologies such as Thymeleaf and a solid understanding of distributed systems are essential. Exposure to Python and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), will be considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance.
• Implement asynchronous communication patterns using RabbitMQ or other message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.).
• Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Develop server-side rendered web applications using Thymeleaf where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
