Sweater QC Manager (Apparel)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Quality Control Manager position located in Bangladesh. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of garments, especially for sweater products. Will travel to Jordan and Cambodia as well, leading team to conduct inspections to identify any defects and to address issues and train vendors to well follow up company standard requirement.

Responsibilities

• Make pp meeting at factory, conduct inline /final inspection as per company AQL standard, ensuring the products adhere to quality standards.
• Traveling in Bangladesh, Cambodia & Jordan, gathering all technique information and preparing reports by evaluating products and summarizing data.
• Lead and train team to make sure factory follow up closely start from pp meeting stage and closely follow up factory correction and give solution for tech.
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to company standards.
• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products, closely contacting with head office and keep sustainable relationship with customers.
• Travel to assigned factories to conduct inspections.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Qualifications

• Inspection for sweater products, familiarity with AQL standard and processes.
• Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports.
• Attention to details and interpersonal skills
• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and provide solutions.
• Honest, hardworking, good at PC skill and internet.
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards.
• A good command of the English language.
