Asst. Manager (Coordination, Dyeing)

Plan, supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are met by ensuring the batch.

Have to coordinate the outside work of Dyeing from others Factory as per batch to batch.

Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.

Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Ensure proper utilization of dyes, chemicals, machines, and manpower to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.

Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.

Train, guide, and monitor the dyeing team to improve skills and productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
