Study Abroad Specialist

Fast Track is hiring a Study Abroad Specialist based in Dhaka. In this job, you will help students in Bangladesh get admission into foreign universities, especially universities in Malaysia. You will be the main guide for students from their first questions until they fly abroad.

Your main goal is to help students choose the right path and meet student admission targets. A big part of your work is talking to students and finding new leads. You will reply quickly to students who contact Fast Track.

You will also use your own network in Dhaka—such as local coaching centres, colleges, and personal contacts—to find students and build good relationships with local partners. You will talk to students about their study goals, explain course options, and guide them to apply. You will also take care of the full application process step-by-step.

This includes checking documents, submitting university applications, guiding students through visa rules, helping with fee payments, and preparing them to travel. You will enter daily updates into our CRM system and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and senior managers.
