Role Description The Student Services Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding enrollment processes, academic programs, and institutional policies. The role includes counseling students on educational pathways, assisting with financial aid information, and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels. The Specialist will maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues, and ensure a positive, inclusive service experience. Daily tasks also involve organizing student-focused information sessions, preparing clear communication materials, and contributing to continuous improvement of student services.
