Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist (Commission-Based) at HeySoham. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, outbound outreach, and networking on relevant platforms. The role includes maintaining lead databases, tracking interactions, and preparing concise reports to support sales and business development strategies. The specialist will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead criteria, nurture prospective clients, and schedule introductory calls or demos. Daily responsibilities also involve clear communication with prospects, following up on inquiries, and contributing ideas to improve lead generation processes and tools.
