Strong knowledge of ERP/inventory management software and modern warehouse practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure with integrity and accuracy.

Job Context:

Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd., one of the largest electronics and home appliance manufacturers in Bangladesh, is expanding its Home Appliances & Cookware Production Division. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team at the Jamuna Industrial Park, Gazipur.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire factory store operations (raw materials, spare parts, finished goods).
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/automated systems.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and timely supply of materials to production lines.
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize wastage or stock-out situations.
Develop and enforce store policies for material security, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
Lead, supervise, and train store staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare periodic stock reports and support internal/external audits.
