Sr./Executive Institutional Sales, ACI Motors

ACI Motors looking for a Senior Executive/Executive, Institutional Sales to drive institutional business by identifying sales opportunities, developing key accounts, participating in tenders, and building strong relationships with government, corporate, NGO, and other institutional customers. The role will focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring effective coordination and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new institutional business opportunities across government, corporate, NGO, and development sectors for Agricultural machinery, Automobiles and construction equipment.

• Must have knowledge about different types of tenders (Open, Limited, RFQ, RFP, EOL). (e-GP) System, Procurement rules (PPR/PPA) both for works tender and supply of goods, P&L calculation, incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officials, and institutional stakeholders.

• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews to generate sales opportunities.

• Maintain an updated database of institutional customers, projects, and procurement plans.

• Collect, prepare, verify, and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bid-related documents.

• Ensure adherence to procurement rules, tender specifications, and company policies.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and institutional business objectives.

• Generate and convert leads into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and negotiation & Explore opportunities for repeat business and long-term contracts.
