Job Context
An experienced and detail-oriented Senior Service Engineer is needed to lead technical operations, maintenance, and client service activities. The ideal candidate will oversee troubleshooting, routine maintenance, team supervision, and technical support to ensure optimal operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment, machinery, or systems.
Team Supervision: Guide, train, and supervise junior service engineers and technicians to ensure quality standards and timely service delivery.
Client & On-Site Support: Conduct regular field visits, resolve complex technical issues on-site, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Preventive Planning: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service reports, site visits, maintenance logs, and inventory requirements.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all servicing activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols, quality guidelines, and industry standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, technical support, and supply chain teams to resolve product issues and ensure spare parts availability.
