Supervise the operation and maintenance of production machinery, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and other mechanical equipment.

Ensure the proper functioning of blast freezers, IQF systems, cold rooms, and other refrigeration-related mechanical equipment.

Conduct regular inspections of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated refrigeration systems.

Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical faults before breakdown.

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and coordinate timely corrective action.

Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machinery.
