Sr. Officer/ Officer (Local Purchase)

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in the country is looking for honest, experienced & dynamic candidates for above mentioned position which Job Responsibility is shown below:

Responsibilities:

• Requisition review & check-in ERP software.

• Properly check requisition quantity & purpose of the demand.

• Collect quotation from the supplier & CS preparation as well as collect approval.

• Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.

• Distribute the items to concern farms & factories.

• Handling MRR and prepare bills as well as submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.

• Checking inventory on software & physical inventory audit with the audit team.

• Searching new vendors with quality.

• Stay updated for alternative product information always

• Visit local market & vendor’s factory to observe the production process of required items.

• Generate various reports.

• Any other assignment given by the superiors.
