Bachelor/Honors
Educational background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university is preferred. Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or AI-related credentials will be an added advantage.
3 to 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Transformation, Data Analytics, or a similar role. Hands-on expertise in process automation, data analytics, AI, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and execute process implementation and change management.
Design, review, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and overall performance. Analyze processes, data, costs, risks, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Drive process automation and digital transformation by leveraging RPA, AI, and emerging technologies to boost productivity. Create, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation according to the Process Development Framework. Track process implementation, measure benefits realization, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Promote a process-driven culture by coaching stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and leading continuous improvement practices. Develop engaging learning and communication materials, including AI-assisted multimedia content, guides, and digital resources, to increase process adoption.
