Bachelor/Honors
Strong knowledge of account opening procedures and day-to-day banking operations. Collaborate closely with business and support functions to develop technology architecture, engineering, and operational capabilities that align with organizational strategic objectives. Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and direction to the IT leadership team and technical staff to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
