Key Qualifications:

Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and platforms for creative design, image generation, content enhancement, workflow automation, and productivity improvement (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, or similar AI-powered creative tools).
Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising trends, and social media content creation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

The Sr. Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs across various platforms, ensuring that all marketing and branding materials reflect the company’s identity and meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, proficiency with design software, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals that communicate brand messages effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, logos, advertisements, social media creatives, website banners, email marketing assets, and other branding materials.
Create promotional banners, product images, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral for websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate excellent visualization skills to transform ideas into engaging creative concepts.
Create engaging motion graphics and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Bring creative concepts to life through animation, video editing, and motion graphics.
Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance design efficiency, generate concepts, automate workflows, and improve overall creative output while maintaining brand consistency.
Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
Collaborate closely with brand managers, marketing strategists, and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
Produce day-to-day creative assets for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing strategies, AI-driven creative technologies, and industry best practices.
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects while maintaining high creative standards.
