- Fulfill individual and team targets.

- Manage and optimize revenue-related processes and systems to increase revenue.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Take strict responsibility for driving revenue and determine areas and opportunities to create additional revenue as per targets assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Increase prevailing collections according to prior discussions with the Managing Director.
- Ensure revenue growth is evaluated and monitored quarterly against the targets set by the Board of Directors.
- Take overall responsibility for increasing the Company's revenue. Revenue targets may be revised through mutual discussion and agreement from time to time.
- A properly authorized representative of the Company reserves the right to make or alter decisions at any time, as deemed necessary.
