Sr. Executive (Sales Admin & Accounts)

Job Context

Madina Group is looking for a competent, energetic, and detail-oriented Sr. Executive (Sales Admin & Accounts) for its Polymer Industries business. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining sales-related documentation, coordinating with the accounts department, monitoring collections, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team, Factory, Depot, and Accounts department for smooth sales operations.

• Maintain customer-wise sales, collection, outstanding, and due reports.

• Monitor sales orders, product delivery status, and customer payments.

• Prepare and reconcile sales statements with accounts and ensure accuracy of records.

• Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of credit sales, collections, adjustments, and customer ledgers.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for timely collection.

• Verify dealer/distributor incentives, commissions, discounts, rebates, and other sales-related adjustments.

• Assist management with MIS reports and other analytical reports.

• Ensure proper filing and preservation of sales and accounts-related documents.

• Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
