Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager- Payroll & PMS (Corporate Office)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR & Admin team as an Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Payroll & PMS. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law. This role is factory-based and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and labor law knowledge. The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to below mentioned responsibilities & duties:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll and wage processing cycle for employees and workers.

• Ensure accurate processing of salary, wages, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, benefits, and other payroll components.

• Review and validate attendance, leave, overtime, late attendance, absenteeism, and other payroll-impacting data before payroll processing.

• Process monthly payroll including salary, bonuses, overtime, and deductions with 100% accuracy.

• Verify employee master data including joining, separation, transfer, promotion, increment, salary revision, department, designation, grade, and other payroll-related changes.

• Ensure timely incorporation of approved salary revisions, promotions, increments, transfers, and other employment changes into the payroll system.

• Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of wages and salaries through bank and cash.

• Administer employee benefits such as festival bonuses, gratuity, service benefits, etc.

• Manage payroll-related queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally and timely.

• Conduct periodic payroll audits and reconciliation to identify irregularities and ensure data accuracy.

• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal company policies.

• Assist in payroll audits and ensure all payroll documentation is properly maintained and filed.

• Work closely with the accounts and compliance team during audits and inspections.

• Provide payroll-related MIS reports and summaries to management when required.
