Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Marine Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Marine Engineering

Experience

At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

Age At least 27 years
Only Male

5 years experience in shipbuilding, marine construction, vessel outfitting or newbuilding projects.
Practical experience in Cutter Suction Dredger construction preferred.
Strong knowledge of shipyard construction, dredger equipment and marine systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, BOQs and technical specifications.
Knowledge of classification society requirements and marine inspection procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong technical, troubleshooting, coordination and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in commissioning, sea trials or dredging trials will be an advantage.
Willingness to work/travel at shipyards and project sites.
