Senior Travel Consultant- Sales and Marketing

Tuan Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant / Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our growing travel business. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in international and domestic air ticketing, reservation, fare quotation, B2B ticketing platforms, and customer handling.

We are particularly looking for someone who can independently handle customer inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, convert leads into bookings, and coordinate effectively with airlines and B2B ticketing suppliers.

Handle domestic and international air ticket inquiries, reservations, and bookings.

• Search and compare airfares to provide customers with competitive flight options.
• Prepare professional flight quotations according to customer requirements.
• Handle reservations through GDS and/or B2B airline ticketing platforms.
• Maintain PNRs and monitor booking deadlines, ticketing time limits, and schedule changes.
• Handle ticket issuance in coordination with authorized B2B suppliers.
• Process and coordinate ticket reissue, date changes, cancellations, refunds, and void requests.
• Understand airline fare rules, baggage policies, penalties, transit requirements, and ticket conditions.
• Communicate with airlines, consolidators, and B2B ticketing partners when required.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and office visits.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, quotations, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the Tour & Visa team when customers require complete travel solutions.
• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales customer support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
