Master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Public Health or a related field.
Deep understanding of M&E concepts, qualitative sampling, and full project cycle management to drive structured performance tracking.
Advanced proficiency in data collection platforms like KoboToolbox alongside standard tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to streamline field data processes.
Strong capability to manage complex data systems, maintain high data quality, and transform raw metrics into actionable analytical insights and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work productively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIE:
Conduct monitoring of project implementation against approved work plans and targets.
Identify monitoring issues, set up indicators, and develop questionnaires and other tools for data collection.
Conduct/support surveys, assessments, stakeholder consultations, in-depth interviews, key informant interviews, FGDs and other tools for collecting qualitative and quantitative data.
Disseminate monitoring findings with respective staff and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the quality of implemented activities, analyze data and find out the gap between the target and achievement.
Prepare different types of reports, ensure timely submission of donor and other reports
Prepare or update various monitoring tools, checklists, formats and registers in line to M&E system
Document case studies on significant success or failure as well as on programmatic learning and good practices.
Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. City Corporation, local health authorities, BRAC other programmes such as Microfinance, UDP, other NGOs and Hospitals, to facilitate smooth implementation of project activities.
Perform any other technical and programmatic duties assigned by the senior management.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
