Senior Manager - HR & Administration

Requirements

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HRM or Business Administration or a relevant discipline, PGD in HRM will be preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Solar Energy

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and employee-management capability.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR software/HRIS.
Ability to independently establish and improve HR systems.
Mature, professional, trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to deal firmly and fairly with employees at all levels.
