Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Key responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role also involves assisting with employee benefits administration, handling basic employee relations inquiries, and collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with the HR team to improve HR processes and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.
